If a Lot Owner is having complications with their Strata Management Company, they can lodge a formal complaint with SCA (WA) provided their Strata Management Company is a member with SCA (WA).

SCA (WA) also has an advisory service for lot owners if they have questions about strata. Please note that this service is only available to SCA (WA) Members.

The SCA (WA) Advisory Service is a way for Lot Owners to ask their strata questions to impartial strata experts. This service is available to all of our Lot Owner members.​
I'm unsure if my Strata Management Company is a member of SCA (WA).
If your Strata Management Company is one of our members, they will be listed on our directory. If the company does not appear when you search their name, they are not one of our members.
My Strata Management Company is a member of SCA (WA).
If you would like to make a complaint about one of our members, you will first need to read our Code of Conduct to ensure that your complaint breaches one of our sections.
My Strata Management Company is not a member of SCA (WA).
If your Strata Management Company is not a member of SCA (WA), action must be taken through the State Administrative Tribunal.
